SRI LANKA-Breaking News-A suicide blast was reported in Vavuniya at approximately 7.15a.m today morning. The blast which had taken place near the Vavuniya SSP office had killed 09 civilians and 05 police porsanal among them Military Media speaker brig; Udaya Nanayakkara said.
